Your Data Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access your data — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct your data — ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your data — request erasure of your personal data (the “right to be forgotten”)
  • Download your data — receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw marketing consent — stop receiving marketing emails at any time
  • Object to processing — restrict how we use your personal information

Important Notes

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request, and we will explain why.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. EU residents can find their supervisory authority at edpb.europa.eu. Thailand residents may contact the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
