Affiliate Registration

Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering. By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following conditions.

1. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Social Sisters Society Co., Ltd. Nothing in this programme creates an employment relationship, joint venture or agency of any kind. You have no authority to bind Social Sisters Society to any obligation or agreement.

2. Legal Compliance — Work Permits and Local Law
By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have the legal right to earn income through referral and marketing activity in your country or location of residence. In Thailand, earning income from work activities — including affiliate marketing — may require a valid work permit under the Alien Working Act B.E. 2551. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required permits, licences or approvals, and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations and income reporting requirements. Social Sisters Society accepts no liability for your personal legal compliance. Prior to receiving your first commission payment, you will be required to confirm in writing that you have the legal right to receive income in your jurisdiction.

3. Commission Structure
You earn a 25% commission on the net price of the first membership payment made by each person referred through your unique link. Your referral link tracks visitors for 21 days after they click — if a visitor signs up after more than 21 days, the referral will not be credited to your account. Commissions are earned on the first payment only and do not apply to subsequent subscription renewals. Commissions are not payable on refunded, cancelled or disputed transactions.

4. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal to the email address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is linked to a valid PayPal account prior to payment being issued. Payment is subject to verification that all programme requirements have been met. Social Sisters Society reserves the right to withhold or delay payment pending compliance review. Payment terms may be updated from time to time and affiliates will be notified of any changes.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use spam, false or misleading claims, impersonation of Social Sisters Society, paid search advertising that targets our brand name or trademarks, or any content that misrepresents our memberships or services. You must not refer yourself or use your own link to purchase a membership.

6. Termination
Social Sisters Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, including where there are concerns about legal compliance, conduct, fraudulent activity or programme integrity. Unpaid commissions on legitimate referrals prior to termination will be honoured subject to verification.

7. Changes to the Programme
Social Sisters Society may update commission rates, payment terms or these conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from participation in the affiliate programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

9. Non-Payment for Breach
Commissions will not be paid where an affiliate is found to be in breach of any of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: failure to hold any required work permit or legal authorisation to earn income in their jurisdiction; self-referral; prohibited conduct as described in clause 5; or the provision of false or misleading information at the time of registration or at any point during the programme. Social Sisters Society’s determination of breach shall be final.
